Where orders ship from
We're upfront about this: Crown & Case orders are fulfilled from our supplier warehouses and shipped directly to you. That model is how we keep premium-spec gear at these prices — and it means delivery takes a little longer than a local warehouse.
Delivery windows
Most orders arrive within 4–15 business days, depending on the product and the warehouse it ships from. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days before dispatch, and you'll receive tracking as soon as your order is on its way. If a delivery runs past 15 business days, contact us and we'll make it right.
Returns — 30 days, no drama
Changed your mind, wrong size, not what you expected: you have 30 days from delivery to return any unused item for a full refund. Contact us first and we'll arrange the return and cover the details with you. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the return is confirmed.
